  1. Hi Alycia!
Thanks for sharing your thoughts and pictures! I can tell from the pictures that your family and friends are very important to you. We both have families that support and encourage us. I do not know where I would be without my family. Distance can hinder relationships, but I’m glad to hear that you are not allowing it to get in the way of you and your loved ones! Great post!

  2. These are some wonderful relationships you have built. I like that your friend is nonjudgemental. I really think this is important in building relationships and partnerships. In the field of education, many times parents are intimidated by educators because they feel they are being judged especially if they have less education as the educator. I think it is good that your friend does not judge you because that is definitely something others can learn from her and will be beneficial to you as you form relationships and partnerships in the field. It amazsd me that you and your sisters can still relate to one another and maintain relationships even though you all are 10 years apart. That is wonderful and the fact that you have maintained a positive relationship with them and your friend gives you much experience in maintaining future relationships. Being able to do this will definitely benefit you in the field. I admire your relationships and I absolutely love the photos. Best wishes on building and maintaining future relationships/partnerships.

  3. Hi Alycia,
I would say the relationship between you and your sisters is one of celebrating diversity in each other. Respect is very important, when you sow it, you will surely reap the same. Continue on the journey, it takes work and commitment to uphold any relationship even in your professional work.
